Ovarista™ orders are fulfilled and shipped by our retail partner DrMeds.in. This policy summarises how shipping, returns and refunds work; the checkout terms shown on DrMeds.in at the time of your order apply.
Shipping
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location; international shipping times vary by destination and customs.
- You will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order ships.
- Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your pack arrives damaged, tampered with, expired, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
Returns on opened products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements once the seal is opened, unless the product is defective. This is standard for consumable health products and protects every customer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, our returns process above applies.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to your bank.
